Notes: In game 3 of the 3
way set of games after the Augusta Cubs defeated the Mac N Seitz team 3-2 in
game 2 of the set the Stars turn around and play Mac N Seitz. Garrick Gehrt goes the distance on the mound scatters 7 hits and
strikes out 6, while from the plate the Stars get 2 hit as Blaine Matthews and
Marcus Peavler record the only 2 hits of the game
with Marcus’s hit being a triple. The game had a 30 min lighting delay in the
second inning, and the Stars just once again seem content to split and show no
real desire to win. And Stars record now drops to 30-27 as they now record the
most losses in a season since 1991 and the second most ever as a team.
